After 1/11/2022, Corteva has provided supplemental labeling for this product and users are under legal obligation to follow the supplemental labeling or the revised Section 3 labeling.
On 3/29/2022, The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued updated supplemental labels for Enlist® herbicides that remove county restrictions for two listed species, the American Burying Beetle (ABB) and the Eastern Massasauga Rattlesnake. The updated supplemental labels remove geographic restrictions for Enlist One and Enlist Duo herbicides in 128 counties related to ABB, as well as six counties in Minnesota where Enlist Duo was restricted due to the Eastern Massasauga Rattlesnake. The revised list off-labeled counties can be found on the supplemental labels for Enlist One® and Enlist Duo® herbicide.

After 1/11/2022, all sellers and distributors of this product must ensure either the supplemental labeling accompanies products sold or distributed, or that the products are labeled with the revised Section 3 labeling.
It is a violation of FIFRA Section 12 to use a registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
It is a violation of FIFRA Section 12 to sell or distribute a misbranded pesticide.
Civil penalties may be assessed in an amount up to $21,805 for each unlawful sale or distribution under FIFRA.
